My wife and I looked for months for the right camper. We couldnt believe how we were treated at many large and so called popular dealers. After hearing horror stories and having a few stories to tell ourselves, I questioned weather I wanted an RV or not. We visited Welcome Back in Athens and Mike our salesman was straight forward, no pressure and very helpful. We didnt buy the first time but ended up buying a 2021 Grey Wolf 27DBH Black Label from Welcome Back. After bringing it home we found a clicking noise in the rear axle and the main door needed adjustment. We call the next week and they said bring it back. Jeremy Coffman Purchased a Camco heated hose from them about a year ago and went to use it before this years freeze only to find out the hose went bad in the middle somewhere under the blue wrap. Water was coming out of both ends of the hose. Called to verify that they had stock on more and went to buy 2 more. I wanted one to use for this winter and one for back up, just in case. When I got to the counter I was just explaining my situation and Brandy stepped up and delivered. She went to battle with Camco and got them to warranty my hose that failed. We just purchased our first 5th wheel at Welcome Back. It was a wonderful experience. Wes Jenkins was our salesperson. He was a straight shooter and answered all my questions. I feared a high-pressure sale, but this was easy with no high pressure tactics. Just up front information and pricing.Our make-ready guy was Brian Standefer. I would rate him 10 stars on a 5 star scale. He was excellent. He very patiently and methodically took us through every component of the trailer. By the time we left the lot we were confident that we could correctly operate everything on the unit.Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with our 5th wheel. We purchased a Sunset Trails Grande Reserve in 2017. Not only was it the perfect set up for us, but we experienced outstanding sales counsel from Josh and Steve. Everything Fromm that point forward has been exceptional. We spent the summer of 2018 on the road (3 + months covering over 7300 miles with no issues what so ever. We attribute this to the Lord's watch over us and the excellent care and pre-trip checkup Craig and the staff provided.

Upon our return, we had short trip scheduled in November and when we started rigging two days before we realized we had an issue with the slide out gasket (and the slide out frame). I called Brandi who said, "Can you bring it right now so we can check it out?" 20 minutes later we had the issue diagnosed, determined we could go ahead and make our trip and return the unit for repair a week later. Brandi contacted Crossroads (Manufacturer) and made sure that repairs were completely covered under factory warranty (which by the way was beyond date).

WE CAN'T EXPRESS NOT ONLY OUR THANKS BUT ALSO OUR CONFIDENCE IN THE WELCOME BACK FAMILY. They have gone above and beyond from day one and continue to do so even today (way after the sale). YOUI JUST DON'T SEE VERY MANY COMPANIES THESE DAYS CONDUCT BUSINESS THIS WAY.

Just wanted to share our great experience with the Welcome Back RV Outlet. First time RV purchase and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. Our correspondence with Matt and Josh over the phone and via email was GREAT, working with us patiently as we sorted out payment, service contract etc... Their retail store with RV parts and accessories was well stocked. JJ in service dept. did an awesome job thoroughly explaining everything on our walk-thru and took the time to properly install and check setup of the WD hitch and trailer brakes prior to our 1,300 mile trip home. They gave us a complete walk through and helpful instructions on how to use everything on the camper. We would highly recommend the Stewarts and their dealership if you are considering a new RV or are looking for service. The business is family owned and operated, the inventory of RVs and accessories is huge, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We have had 3 trailers over the last 11 years. This is without question the best service department I have ever found. If there is any way to get back to Athens, I never let anyone else touch my trailer.

We were able to get the fifth wheel we wanted with ease and though it was used, you couldn't tell it! The service dept. went above and beyond expectations by coming to our house after the sale to replace a small part they had to order. The finance dept. went the extra mile to find us the lowest interest rate available as well. We went to many rv shows and other businesses and Welcome Back RV was the only one we wanted to do business with.

Of the 3 trailers we have purchased, the experience with Welcome Back RV has been the best. We found them and the 2017 Coachmen Freedom Express on the internet. Drove the 70 miles and made the purchase. All went well, and their service after the sale was super. We feel that the attitude of all of their personnel reflect the owners commitment to exceeding customer expectations. We'll be back.

We purchased a 2015 fifth wheel from a mega dealer. After a few weeks we knew we had been had. After getting the run around and absolutely no help from that dealer, we took the unit to Welcome Back RV fully expecting them to tell us that they would not be able to help us, we were out of luck and send us back to the original dealer. Thankfully that was not the case!

Craig walked us through our options for resolving the problems with the unit while Josh walked us through our options for trading that unit in on a new one. No pressure just gave us the facts and let us make the decision that was best for us.

Ultimately we chose to purchase a 2017 Cardinal 3850 by Forest River. We are so pleased with our new unit. No more mega dealers and so called good deals for us. We appreciate the up-front honesty of a local business.

After over one year of trying to get our brand new trailer fixed, we got in touch with Welcome Back. They assisted us from the first time they saw us. The end result was a new trailer that Welcome Back helped us get. They really had nothing to gain with helping us, but spent many days working with us. Up until talking with them, we received NO customer service from the Granbury dealer. Welcome back provided the utmost customer service to us. I will definitely drive the 2 hrs to get our trailer serviced by them. Went on a 300 mi round trip to Galveston Island RV Park and spent 3 days there on a maiden voyage. Everything worked as expected and we really like our choice of 5th wheels: the Blue Ridge 3125 with the outside kitchen and living room combination. This RV is well equipped with many features that turned out to be Spot On. The Serta king mattress is really comfortable and is hands above most mattresses we checked out in other RVs. Welcome back RV Outlet gave us a super deal on this 2015 Blue Ridge, and their down home, small town friendliness and no hassles of any kind in closing the deal was certainly appreciated after dealing with the big dealerships we visited around Houston. My only negative observation was the fact that the RV at the time of pickup appeared to be cleaned up very well. However, I found the roof covering to be quite dirty and needed cleaning which I performed. Also the slides were not cleaned at all and I performed that as well. The walk through prior to purchase was done very well and all questions were answered satisfactorily by the tech support guys. All in all, I would definitely recommend this organization for anyone looking for a Forest River RV.

Dealt with Josh on a 2013 Keystone Raptor over the phone and we made a deal after a few phone calls. Excellent to deal with, great atmosphere, polite people to deal with. I have owned three travel trailers from other dealers and have just bought a new Palamino travel trailer from Welcome Back RV.
